2-19-2025 Service Update
Service Alert: Limited Operations on February 19, 2025
Due to inclement weather and unsafe road conditions, JAX Mass Transit will operate on a limited service schedule on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The following routes will be in service:
- Pyramid
- Sahara
- Big Muddy
- ADA Paratransit (wherever possible)
- Saluki Night Shuttle
Service Hours & Delays
JAX will maintain normal operating hours, but riders should expect delays due to weather-related conditions.
Safety First
If our Chief Safety Officer, Chief Operating Officer, or drivers determine that a road or parking lot is unsafe, we will suspend service in that area to protect passengers and staff.
Stay Informed
Service updates, including any cancellations, will be posted as soon as possible on:
- JAX Mass Transit website
- Social media channels
- JAX Go app

JAX has been notified by Mediacom Business of an unexpected internet service interruption affecting our Administrative Office. As a result, we are currently unable to receive phone calls or respond to website inquiries. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work with the provider to restore service as quickly as possible.
