A hitch in your travel plans could put a stop to your big weekend. To ensure a smooth, safe travel
experience, we recommend all our travelers practice these travel tips.

  • Plan Ahead: Use our trip planner to map out your journey and confirm your fare ahead of time.
  • Exact Change: Purchase your fare through either a Travel Pass or mobile payment. If planning to pay in cash, please bring exact change. Our drivers will be unable to provide change or break bills.
  • Travel Passes for Savings and Convenience: Consider purchasing a monthly pass for frequent riders – it’s the most cost-effective option.
  • Stay Updated: Follow us on social media and sign up for alerts to stay informed about fare changes and promotions.

Track Buses in Real Time

Know down to the instant where your bus is and when it is due to arrive at your stop. Passio GO! is the university’s transit tracking program. It lets you see the real-time location of all vehicles, as well as any announcements and alerts that might impact your ride.

You can view the Passio GO! website online or on a mobile device. Passio GO! can also be downloaded as a free smartphone app through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Schedule a Ride on the Saluki Night Shuttle

Scheduling a ride on JAX’s and the Saluki Express Night Safety route is convenient and simple. JAX’s has partnered with TripMaster to provide the CTS Rider Portal mobile app. You can easily request a ride directly from your smartphone to anywhere in the designated Night Safety zone.

Just follow these simple steps:

  • Log into the CTS Rider Portal App
  • Enter your reservation type, along with the date and time of your ride
  • Enter your pick-up and drop-off address
  • A JAX Dispatcher will review your ride request. You will receive notification your trip can be accommodated and what your estimated pickup and drop off times will be.
