UPDATE for 1/11/25 Service:

JAX Service Alert: Resuming Operations

We’re pleased to announce that JAX will resume operations tomorrow as road conditions continue to improve. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigated the challenges of this winter storm.

Services Operating Tomorrow

• Fixed Routes: Sahara and Pyramid will be running. These routes serve key destinations, including Kroger, Walmart, Dollar Tree, Harbor Freight, Walgreens, Murdale Shopping Center, Schnucks, and more.
• Paratransit Service: We will provide service wherever road conditions allow. Riders with scheduled trips will be served as safely as possible.
• Saluki Night Shuttle: Late-night service will operate as planned.

2025-1-10 – JAX Service Update: Safety First

JAX is out on the roads! Our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Safety Officer are personally inspecting conditions to ensure safety remains our top priority.

Our buses are large vehicles that require skill to operate, and we’re transporting the most valuable cargo—you, our riders. Safety is not something we compromise on—for you, our drivers, or the community.

For this reason, JAX will be pulling all drivers and buses off the road at 10:00 AM today. This allows us to complete a full loop and a half before halting operations.

🔔 Reminder: The JAX fleet will cease operations at 10:00 AM.

We will provide an update regarding Saturday’s operations by 5:00 PM today.
