With nearly 100 bus stops across our system, JAX gets you within a 5–10 minute walk of most major destinations in Carbondale — from campus to clinics, shopping to social services. We also serve rural Jackson County with select key stops.

Starting August 14, 2025, we’ll begin hourly service to both the Jackson County Courthouse and the Jackson County Health Department.
